TERMS & DETAILS
- Accept commissions on all Data Centers. If you can't use Gil for payment on the Japan Data Center, please choose alternative payment methods.- The commission expenses include the design fee and furniture costs. Furniture costs will be refunded for excess and supplemented for shortages. Detailed expenses will be provided once the commission is accepted.- We offer interior design only. If you want exterior design, let us know in advance, with an additional fee.- For Gil payment, you must pay the full amount of the commission expenses in Gil before the designer starts.- Any special furnishing not from the market board (Bicolor Gems, Bozja, Doman, Online Store, etc.) will be provided by you.- Designers prioritize using the furnishings in your storeroom. If the required furnishing is not available there, we will purchase from the market board, or you can provide it.- We have several designers, each of whom takes commissions based on their terms and style preferences. Unfortunately, you can't choose a specific designer.- Designers do this out of passion, not as a job. Due to quality, commissions might take longer. Please don't rush them.- Completed commissions will be shared through photos on social media. You may request to keep the address hidden.- If you share the address, please keep the setup intact for at least a month after it's completed for visitors to see.- NOT accept commissions for apartments/private chambers, islands, multiple floors (including big venues), basements, studios, gimmick houses, voids, or rush orders.- We reserve the right to refuse a commission request for any reason when contacted.
BUILD & PROCESS
1. Fill out the Commission Form, one form per one house. Please don't submit multiple houses on a single form.2. Just hang tight and wait for a response on Twitter about whether your commission request is accepted.3. After acceptance, an estimate will be provided. Detailed discussions about the house style and decoration requirements will follow, including the need for interactive furnishings and the provision of a furniture list.4. Clear your house of furnishings and store them. If you've chosen to provide all the furnishings yourself, please prepare the listed furnishings and store them in your storeroom.5. Add the designer as friend and housemate, and close the house guest access. Pay the full commission expenses in Gil (unless using alternative payment methods, but furniture costs must still be prepaid).6. Once the designer is available, the work will begin. Please refrain from entering the house while the designer is working.7. During the working process, if any issues or points needing confirmation, the designer will contact you. Please take the time to review and discuss these matters at your convenience.8. Before completion, the designer will explain the decoration (including hidden furnishings) and request your inspection.9. The designer will take photographs of the finished house and share them on social media. You can decide whether to publicly share the address for visits.10. Upon completing all the above steps, you may remove the designer from your friend and housemate.
